We want you to love the items that you purchase from Sea A Change as much as we do, however, if for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to us and let us know at hello@seaachange.com. 

Please understand that with the exception of faulty goods, we do not offer refunds.

If you do not love your purchase we offer the opportunity to exchange your item for another item of equal value (subject to availability).

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items.

Shipping charges are non refundable. When returning an item to us for a refund or exchange, you are responsible for any additional postage costs.

Returns

If you purchase an item that you are not happy with, please write to us within 7 business days of the date of purchase at: hello@seaachange.com

For returns to be considered, items must be received by us within 14 business days of receiving your purchase. Items must be received by us in their original condition (unworn and no sign of wear or damage) with all product tags attached.

Faulty goods

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please write to us within 7 business days of the date of purchase at: hello@seaachange.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If the item is deemed by us to be faulty we will offer an exchange or refund for the item.

Please note that as is the nature of hand made products, some items do have minor imperfections or will differ slightly from images that appear on the website. We like to think of this as the signature of the maker – each item is made one at a time and no two items are exactly the same. This is part of the charm of purchasing a hand made product. If you have any questions about an item that are not answered in our product descriptions, please don’t hesitate to write to us before you make your purchase so that we can provide you with any additional information that you need!
